Position: PHI Broker / Private Health Insurance Sales Consultant
Location: Janakpuri East, New Delhi
Salary: 20,000-35,000
Transport: Cab Facility Available
Experience: 1-4 Years in Insurance Sales, Health Insurance, Broker Sales, Upselling & Cross-selling

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer healthcare and insurance requirements.
- Recommend suitable Australian Private Health Insurance (PHI) plans.
- Explain policy benefits, waiting periods, exclusions, and premiums clearly.
- Achieve sales, conversion, retention, and revenue targets.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling of relevant insurance products.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with Australian PHI regulations and company policies.




- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Assist customers with policy renewals, upgrades, and general queries.

Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, PHI, or Insurance Broking.
- Robust sales and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Australian Private Health Insurance is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
