Application Support Engineer – Longview Tax

Purpose:





As Application Support Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team supporting and transforming Zurich Group’s Finance Applications.

Specifically, you will develop, maintain and support a globally used Tax solution (Longview) for our Business Stakeholders and work on projects and cutting-edge initiatives to build and evolve the solution, leveraging current technology stacks.

Your Responsibilities:
- Understand and maintain the current solution for Income Tax calculation (Cloud Technologies, Web-Application and Platform Support).
- Understand business processes and related functional components, dataflows and process steps, collaborating closely with business, developers, and IT teams to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work with the different Business, IT Support and Project teams on how to best fulfil business needs and to translate those into functional
