Key Responsibilities
- You will be primarily responsible for calling a specific number of qualified leads per month for the buying and selling of homes.
- Communicate with owners of houses that are being evaluated.
- Virtually showcase apartments to prospective buyers and support the Sales team in closing transactions.
- Execute data gathering activities and log information promptly on CRM.
- Generate dashboards and reports from CRM to share with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential sellers and buyers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of and coordinate with the Operations team for Home Inspections.
- Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services.
- Stay informed about competing products and services.
- Support the Sales and Business Development team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Operations,
Real Estate, Inside Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers over calls and virtual meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Solid organizational and reporting skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month
