We are looking to hire person with 1 year Experience with whose Key Responsibilities are:
1. Lead Research
- Find potential clients organically from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Justdial, IndiaMART, and other online sources.
- Research businesses from industries like coaches, consultants, clinics, real estate, education, wellness, immigration, and local service businesses.
- Identify and Collect data whether the business is active online and has potential for paid marketing services.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Send daily outreach messages through company-approved channels.
- Follow up with interested prospects professionally.
- Book calls for qualified prospects with the founder.
- Maintain proper communication without making false promises or discussing final pricing independently.

3. CRM & Data Management
- Update all leads properly in Google Sheets / CRM.
- Maintain daily status of leads, follow-ups, replies, and booked calls.
- Ensure no lead is missed or left without follow-up.
- Keep all client and prospect data organized and confidential.

Digital Marketing Support
- Support Meta Ads + Google ads and social media tasks for clients.
- Help with posting content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Use Canva and other AI tools to generate and make content.
- Save positive ad examples, hooks, competitor posts, and campaign references.

5. Competitor & Market Research
- Research competitors and collect useful references.
- Track strong ad creatives, offers, landing pages, hooks, and CTA ideas.
- Share daily or weekly insights that can help improve campaigns and outreach.

6. Daily Reporting
- Share a daily report with:
- Number of prospects researched
- Number of messages sent
- Follow-ups done
- Positive replies received
- Calls booked
- CRM status
- Pending tasks for the next day

Must Have
- Experience in lead generation or appointment setting
- Experience of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
