About The Murphy Studio

The Murphy Studio is a design-led creative business specializing in bespoke wedding stationery, invitation design, illustration, and surface design products. We collaborate with clients across India and internationally to create thoughtful, detail-oriented designs that celebrate meaningful moments and beautiful spaces.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Coordinator to support the smooth execution of projects across our wedding stationery, wallpaper, and creative product verticals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing timelines, coordinating teams, and being the bridge between clients, designers, and production partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple creative projects from initiation to completion.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with the design, illustration, and client experience teams to facilitate seamless project flow.
- Assist in managing client communication, project updates, and follow-ups.
- Maintain project trackers,



documentation, and status reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production partners when required.
- Organize project files, artwork, references, and internal documentation.
- Ensure all project assets are properly archived and maintained.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, reviews, and internal project discussions.
- Support the leadership team with operational and project-related coordination.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively follow up to keep projects moving forward.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication, Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related creative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, studio coordination, client servicing, or creative operations.
- Fresh graduates with solid organizational skills and relevant interns
