Position: Civil Manager
Business: Property and Asset Management, Mumbai

What this job involves You will be ensuring that all Civil services are maintained properly. Taking charge of entire Civil maintenance activity in building and supporting the Key Account Manager/ your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants. Your key deliverables will be to: To take care of the civil maintenance work, both internal and external to the buildings

To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.

Repair and plaster work on floor/wall/ceiling.

Replacing stones on the walls/floors

Painting and polishing as required.

Repair/Replacement of facade glass.

Repair all seepage/cracks developed on the walls/ceiling.

Function ability of all sewerage systems/ storm water system.

Ensure safety while working and adhering to the safety norms.

Preparation of BOM for civil work.

Allocating work to a team of fitters





Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time
