Key Responsibilities
-Ensure smooth store operations, timely store opening, and adherence to all SOPs and hygiene standards.
-Drive excellent customer service and increase loyalty conversions through effective in-store engagement.
-Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage,



and cash handling efficiently.
-Ensure proper planogram execution, space management, and store standards.
-Lead, train, and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve operational targets.
-Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
-Maintain store assets and ensure loss prevention through strong process control.
-Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing. Preferred Profile
-Experience in Retail store operations.
-Experience in Food & FMCG retail will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
