Position: Reporting Executive
Department: Civil Testing Laboratory
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate civil material testing reports (Concrete, Soil, Steel, Aggregate, Cement, etc.).
- Maintain laboratory records, test registers, and documentation.
- Verify test data received from laboratory engineers and technicians.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel, MS Word, and laboratory software.
- Ensure reports are issued accurately and within the specified timeline.
- Coordinate with lab engineers, project teams, and clients regarding report requirements.
- Maintain proper filing of test reports and quality records.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly testing status reports.




- Support audit and compliance documentation activities.

Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering materials and testing reports.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in a Civil Testing Laboratory is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
