We are hiring Technician — Meter Repair (In office)

Position: Technician — Meter Repair

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month (insurance provided separately)

Employment type: Full-time

Key responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electric smart meters (installation, calibration, module replacement).
- Perform on-site fault finding, meter communication checks (GPRS/RS485/LoRa as applicable), and firmware updates.
- Replace faulty hardware components and carry out basic electrical wiring checks.
- Complete service reports, job cards, and update the meter management system.
- Coordinate with operations team, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely closure of service tickets.
- Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and follow safety & lockout procedures.

Required skills & experience:
- 1-4 years experience in electric meter maintenance or similar field service role.
- Hands-on experience with smart meter diagnostics, basic electronics,



and electrical measurements.
- Comfortable using mobile apps for job updates and basic MS Excel or digital job sheets.
- Good communication, customer-facing skills, and ability to work independently.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across GURUGRAM.
- Electrical diploma or ITI (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
