Role & responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of digital products and solutions for engineering and EPC environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project management teams, and business stakeholders.
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery strategy using Agile methodologies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives involving engineering data, analytics, AI, automation, and integration platforms.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising engineering, digital, and software development professionals.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.
- Ensure alignment of product development activities with business objectives and project execution requirements.
- Support data governance, engineering data management, and engineering document management initiatives.
- Promote innovation and adoption of emerging technologies including AI, automation, APIs, and advanced analytics.
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working within EPC project execution environments as part of:
- Project Management Team (PMT), or
- Engineering Team during EPC execution phases.

- Proven experience delivering digital transformation or digital product initiatives.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and digital delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows, project execution, and digitalization within EPC organizations.

EPC & Engineering





- Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle and execution phases.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Knowledge of engineering processes and project controls.

Digital & Data

- Robust digital mindset with experience in:
- Digital Product Development
- Agile Delivery
- Data Analytics
- Data Governance
- Artificial Intelligence initiatives

- Understanding of digital transformation programs within engineering organizations.

Programming & Technology

Experience in one or more of the following:

- Python
- Power BI
- AI/ML solutions
- APIs & System Integrations
- Data Analytics Platforms

Engineering Applications

Knowledge of industry-standard engineering tools such as:

- AVEVA
- Hexagon
- Autodesk Ecosystem

Document & Data Management

Experience with Engineering Document Management Systems (EDMS), such as:

- New Prodom
- Meridian
- Similar Engineering Data Management Platforms

- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.
- Proven leadership in coordinating and guiding technical delivery teams.

Language Requirements
