Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical

- Review engineering drawings, P&IDs;, isometric drawings, specifications, and insulation standards.
- Select appropriate insulation materials based on operating temperatures, environmental conditions, and project requirements.
- Review and approve insulation and cladding drawings, fabrication details, and material specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards (ASTM, ISO, BS, CINI, NACE, ASME, API, etc.).

Project Management

- Plan, organize, and manage insulation projects from initiation through completion.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, manpower plans, and budgets.
- Supervise insulation installation activities on industrial facilities.
- Ensure proper installation of hot insulation, cold insulation, cryogenic insulation, acoustic insulation,



passive fire protection, and metal cladding systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within schedule and budget.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and client representatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Procurement & Commercial

- Estimate insulation quantities and prepare material take-offs (MTO).
- Review supplier quotations and recommend suitable materials.
- Coordinate procurement of insulation and cladding materials.
- Monitor material inventory and control project costs.
- Support tender preparation and bid evaluations.
