Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Execution: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of software projects, collaborating closely with the project manager and development team.
- Independent Development: Communicate, plan, design, and develop software solutions independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Technical Adaptability: Stay updated with the latest technologies and be ready to adapt to new technical challenges as they arise.

Desired Experience & Skillset
- Modern Programming Languages: Robust grasp of modern programming paradigms such as object-oriented programming, generics, and more.
- Core Technical Skills:



- Proficiency in C#/.NET and Visual Studio, Experience with SQL databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, Additional experience with Azure is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to the Healthcare IT domain will be considered an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications
- Undergraduate: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
- Postgraduate: MCA/M.Sc. in Computers or equivalent
