Halisi Safari Solutions operates two established African adventure travel brands. Ascend Tanzania is a Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru trekking operator based in Moshi, Tanzania, founded in 2011. Marvels of Africa is a luxury East Africa safari company crafting fully customised safari itineraries across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, from Excellent Migration safaris in the Masai Mara and Serengeti to gorilla trekking in Uganda.

Our customer base is global, with travellers from the US, UK, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, India, and beyond. Our entire growth engine runs on digital: organic search, paid search, and content. We are building our marketing function in house at our Bangalore office, and this role sits at the centre of it.

The Role

We are looking for an SEO and SEM specialist who can own search end to end for both brands. This is not a generalist digital marketing role. We want someone who lives in Google Ads and Search Console, who can rank pages in competitive international markets, and who treats cost per qualified lead as a personal scorecard. Our products are premium,



high value journeys with long consideration cycles, not impulse purchases, so you must know how to generate and nurture leads that convert weeks or months later.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) campaigns targeting global markets across both brands
- Drive organic growth through keyword strategy, on page optimisation, technical SEO audits, content briefs, and link building for two websites
- Hit qualified lead targets, with a phased ramp up over your first six months
- Manage and optimise budgets across multiple countries and markets, improving Quality Scores, reducing cost per lead, and scaling what works
- Run conversion rate optimisation on landing pages, safari itinerary pages, and trekking route pages
- Track everything in GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and call and form tracking, and report weekly on spend, leads, and pipeline quality
