About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Head of Operations to lead end-to-end operational management while driving CSR fundraising initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless program delivery, optimizing internal processes, and supporting resource mobilization efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across programs, partnerships, and internal functions
- Ensure productive execution of projects from planning to implementation and closure
- Develop and implement SOPs, operational frameworks, and performance metrics
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and impact

CSR Fundraising & Donor Management
- Lead CSR fundraising initiatives in collaboration with leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and CSR stakeholders
- Support proposal development, budgeting, and fundraising pitches




- Ensure alignment between donor commitments and program delivery

Program Execution & Delivery
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple locations
- Ensure high-quality implementation and impact measurement
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth on-ground execution

Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including program, operations, and support staff
- Build team capacity, define KPIs, and drive performance management
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Financial & Compliance Oversight
- Work closely with finance teams on budgeting, fund utilization, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, CSR regulations, and statutory norms
- Oversee documentation, audits, and reporting processes

- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
