-Thorough understanding of Polycab’ sproducts,schemes, perks offered along with that of the market.
-Offer suitable product as per company’s strength and availability to the customers.
- Sales Target Achievement
-Deliver secondary sales targets and drive range selling across outlets. Ensure stock availability.
-Achieve business objectiveswithin the designated area while adhering to established sales processes.
-Execute sales strategies within assigned territory
- Retail Network Expansion
-Onboard new outlets,



manage existing outlets, increase retailer awareness, and manage distribution width and depth.
-Conduct retailers and electricians meet as per the business plan.
-Ensure enrollment of retailers and electricians into business-oriented programs.
-Identify and engage potential retail partners.
- Market Research & Development
-Conduct survey and benchmarking of market schemes, monitor trends, and provide feedback to the BusinessDevelopment Manager, Area Business Manager when required.
-Disseminate business schemes and promotional offers to retailers.
-Collaborate with the Influencer Management Team to execute schemes and initiatives targeting electricians and retailers.
-Recommend and Support implementation of localized engagement strategiesbased on market insights.
