We, Voyage Tours & Travels, currently hiring for Group Operations Executive.

Industry : Tours & Travels / Holiday Operations

Experience : Prior experience in tour operations / holiday packaging preferred

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle hotel, tour and package bookings through portals like TBO, Rezlive, Expedia etc.

2. Understand client requirements and create customized tour itineraries with best pricing options

3. Coordinate with hotels, overseas suppliers, ticketing & visa teams for smooth operations

4. Manage FIT/Group Bookings, vouchers, documentation, billing entries and operational records

5. Assist guests before, during and after travel through calls/ whats app support and feedback collection

Skills Required : Positive destination knowledge, communication skills, multitasking ability, customer oriented attitude

Additional Requirements : Flexible with working hours and available during urgent client / group departures when required

Language requirement : Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
