The Tender & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the complete tender lifecycle along with overseeing operational execution of facility management and security service contracts. The role ensures successful bid submissions and smooth service delivery after contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify tender opportunities on GeM and e-procurement portals:
- Prepare technical and commercial bids:
- Manage end-to-end tender documentation:
- Coordinate with finance, HR, and operations teams:
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements:
- Prepare costing and pricing sheets:
- Maintain tender records and MIS reports

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
