Job Summary

We are looking for a quick, high-energy Counter Sales Associate for our busy takeaway outlet. Your main goal is to welcome walk-in customers, suggest add-ons, and increase daily sales. Since this is a quick-service takeaway, you will handle the cash/UPI counter and also step into the kitchen to prepare favorites like Momos, Chowmein, Burgers, and Pasta.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Takeaway Sales: Greet walk-in customers, suggest extra items or combos, and turn quick interactions into higher sales.
- Order & Cash Management: Speed up checkout by handling orders and digital/cash payments accurately.
- Quick Kitchen Prep: Help prepare and pack orders fast, ensuring hot and fresh delivery of Momos, Dim Sum, Chowmein, Burgers, and Pasta.
- Maintain Efficiency:



Keep the takeaway window and kitchen neat, organized, and running smoothly during peak hours.

Requirements:
- Sales Mindset: Confident, polite, and great at quick upselling at the counter.
- Cooking Skills: Practical experience cooking Chinese street food and fast food.
- Speed & Multitasking: Ability to pack orders and handle the counter quickly during heavy evening rushes.
