Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and customer inquiries
- Follow up with potential customers regularly
- Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel
- Explain products/services to customers
- Generate and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain customer relationships
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead handling
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- MS Excel/CRM knowledge is a plus
