Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM)
Experience Required: 2+ Years in US Logistics
Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and customers for shipment updates
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
Resolve customer queries and operational issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication
Work closely with dispatch and operations teams
