Beardo is one of India's most loved men's grooming brands, and we're on the hunt for a sharp, quick, and detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to join the in-house team.

This role is being hired by 8 Sense Design Studio, Beardo's creative partner. While you'll be selected through 8 Sense, you'll sit at Beardo's office and be on Beardo's payroll as a full-time member of their design team owning day-to-day creative output across digital and print.

If you live and breathe CorelDRAW, can turn around clean artwork at speed, and know your way around a print file, this one's for you.

What You'll Do
Artwork Preparation: Build accurate, print-ready artwork and production files with speed and precision.
Social Media Creatives: Design scroll-stopping posts, stories, and campaign creatives for Beardo's social channels.
Offline Design: Handle packaging, labels, hoardings, standees, brochures,



and other offline/print collateral.
Miscellaneous Design: Support the brand with everyday design needs as they come up.

Tools You Must Know

CorelDRAW — Advanced
Adobe Illustrator — Advanced
Adobe Photoshop — Advanced
Figma — Intermediate
Canva — Intermediate

Non-Negotiable Experience

1. Artwork preparation in CorelDRAW: real, hands-on production experience.
2. Social media posts in Photoshop / Illustrator: backed by a strong, demonstrable portfolio.
3. Print processes & techniques: a solid understanding of how design translates to print.
4. Pace: the ability to deliver quality artwork quickly in a high-output environment.

Positive to Have (Bonus Points)

Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, and composition.
Comfort preparing print-ready files CMYK, bleed, crop marks, dielines, and colour separation.
