About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our fresh and farm-produced products, including fresh vegetables, microgreens, Spirulina and fish.
The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, fresh produce, food, agriculture, aquaculture, health/wellness products or B2 B sales, with a strong ability to acquire current customers and convert leads into recurring orders.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of: Fresh vegetables Microgreens Fresh fish Spirulina and Spirulina-based products Develop new B2 B and B2 C customers through calls, Whats App, referrals, networking and field sales. Build relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, supermarkets, retailers, health stores, gyms, nutrition-focused businesses and individual customers. Generate leads independently and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Handle enquiries, understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Negotiate pricing, quantities and commercial terms while maintaining margins.



Follow up with prospects and convert them into regular/repeat customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase order frequency and volume. Coordinate with the farm and operations team regarding product availability, quantities, harvesting and delivery schedules. Track daily sales, leads, follow-ups, conversions and collections. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Collect customer feedback and identify new market opportunities. Develop new sales channels and territories for our products. Preferred Experience
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in one or more of the following:
FMCG / food products Fresh fruits & vegetables Microgreens / organic produce Fish / seafood / aquaculture Health & wellness products Nutraceuticals Agriculture / farm products B2 B food sales Retail sales Experience selling to restaurants, supermarkets, retailers or institutional buyers will be an advantage.
