Crystal Flash LLC is a leading lighting manufacturer and supplier based in Oman, specializing in LED lighting solutions, solar products, and energy-efficient technologies. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Remote HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing operations.

This position is fully remote and will be performed from India while supporting our management team in Oman.

Position Summary

The Remote HR & Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for recruitment coordination, HR administration, employee records management, onboarding activities, and supporting daily HR operations through Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring
- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers.
- Prepare offer letters and support hiring procedures.

HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Update and manage employee information in Odoo HR.
- Track employee attendance, leave records,



and probation periods.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain training records and HR-related documentation.

Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
- Monitor recruitment progress and hiring KPIs.
- Coordinate with department managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Support management with administrative and HR-related tasks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, or Coordination roles.
- Robust English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remote
