We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Senior Sales Manager - Inside Sales to lead and scale our inside sales team. The core objective of this role is to drive revenue growth through high-performing inside sales operations and maximize enrolments/conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
Drive daily sales performance through effective coaching, monitoring, and motivation.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion and enrolment rates.
Track team KPIs, productivity metrics, and sales funnel performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance communication, objection handling, and closing skills.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient lead management through CRM systems.
Analyze sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Build a high-performance, target-driven sales environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or sales management.
Proven experience managing teams and achieving aggressive sales/enrolment targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in EdTech, education, training, or service-based industries preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
