We are hiring a Purchasing & Sourcing Assistant for our pharmaceutical operations in India.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing raw materials, packaging materials, and pharmaceutical products from approved vendors
- Request quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate with suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and shipment tracking
- Maintain vendor databases and documentation
- Support inventory planning to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Business, or Supply Chain Preferred
- If degree not available, 2 years procurement experience in Pharma Industry required
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Good Excel and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,559.04 - ₹32,651.80 per month
