Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation & Legal Representation
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, RERA authorities, and government bodies.
- Handle civil, property, land, consumer, and contractual disputes.
- Draft and review pleadings, petitions, written statements, affidavits, and legal notices.
- Coordinate with external counsels and monitor ongoing litigation matters.

Property & Land Due Diligence
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence for land and property acquisitions.
- Examine ownership records, encumbrances, revenue records, and land-related documents.
- Identify legal risks associated with proposed transactions and provide mitigation strategies.
- Verify compliance with local development and land-use regulations.

Contract Management
- Draft, vet, and negotiate agreements including:
- Sale Deeds
- Development Agreements
- Joint Venture Agreements
- Lease Agreements
- Construction Contracts
- Vendor and Consultant Agreements
- Power of Attorney Documents
- Ensure contractual compliance and safeguard organizational interests.





Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Land Revenue Codes, and other applicable laws.
- Liaise with government departments, municipal authorities, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the real estate sector.

Advisory & Risk Management
- Provide legal opinions on property acquisitions, project development, and business transactions.
- Advise management on legal risks and dispute prevention strategies.
- Develop and implement legal compliance frameworks and policies.
- Support project teams on approvals, permissions, and statutory requirements.

Documentation & Records
- Maintain legal records, case files, title documents, and compliance reports.
- Prepare legal MIS reports and updates for senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management for all legal matters.
