Job Title: Business Development Executive - Real Estate (Redevelopment)

Location:Andheri East, Mumbai

Age:Preferably below 30

Responsibilities:
- Meet and connect with housing societies/ landowners/ brokers for development or redevelopment projects.
- Give presentations and explain company services to society members
- Handle society approvals and follow-up process
- Manage redevelopment-related paperwork
- Visit sites and help prepare basic project feasibility reports





Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of redevelopment process and 79(A)
- Able to understand building plans/layouts
- Confident, hardworking, and comfortable with fieldwork
- Should be comfortable working outdoors and available to work on Saturdays and Sundays when required

Salary: Upto Rs. 50,000 per month

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
