We are hiring a PPMC Assistant for our pharmaceutical operations involving self, loan license, third-party and contract manufacturing of finished dosage formulations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing plants
- Plan and monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods requirements
- Track production status and ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans
- Follow up with vendors and manufacturing partners regarding production timelines and dispatch schedules
- Maintain inventory records and support material reconciliation activities
- Prepare production reports, MIS reports, and planning updates
- Coordinate with procurement, QA, QC, regulatory, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Ensure availability of materials to avoid production delays
- Monitor batch planning, manufacturing progress, and delivery commitments




- Support documentation related to production planning and inventory control
- Assist in resolving supply chain and material-related issues

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Supply Chain
- 1 to 3 years experience in Pharma PPMC operations
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory control
- Good Excel and communication skills
