Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, warehouse, operations, customer support, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
- Create job postings on hiring portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selection.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.

Employee Management
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
- Develop HR policies and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

Performance & Training
- Coordinate performance review processes.
- Identify training needs and organize staff training programs.
- Help improve productivity and discipline across departments.

Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR reports and monthly employee data.

Retail & E-commerce HR Coordination




- Manage staffing requirements for retail outlets and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate shift scheduling and manpower planning.
- Support fast-paced hiring for seasonal sales and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and employee management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- MS Office and HR software knowledge preferred.

Qualification
- MBA in HR / BBA / Any Graduate with HR experience.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Store Operations preferred.
- Positive attitude and leadership qualities.
- Good team coordination abilities.
- Able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
