Position Summary

The Head of Campus Operations will provide overall leadership and management of the day-to-day functioning of all campuses across Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations,



maintaining high standards of student and parent engagement, coordinating academic calendars and activities, and providing guidance and support to campus leads, faculty, and support teams.

The position serves as the central point of coordination between campuses and the organization’s leadership, ensuring consistency, quality, and a positive learning experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campus Operations Management
- Oversee the daily functioning of all campuses.
- Ensure smooth execution of academic and administrative activities.
- Standardize operational practices across locations.
- Monitor campus infrastructure, facilities, and resource requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

2. Academic Calendar and Program Coordination
- Plan and monitor implementation of the annual academic calendar.
- Ensure timely commencement and completion of classes, assessments, and event
