About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.:
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals on bidding portals
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline

Skills Required:
- Proven experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.):
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, etc.):




- Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales, lead generation, and outreach (ChatGPT, Apollo, etc.):
- Ability to write compelling, personalized proposals using AI assistance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
