Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Posting jobs on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating interviews with management.
- Employee onboarding and documentation.
- Managing attendance, leave records, and staff databases.
- Coordinating with photographers, editors, designers, and office staff.
- Maintaining employee records and HR reports.
- Supporting employee engagement and retention activities.
- Ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR/Recruitment experience preferred.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM
- Additional hours may be required during urgent hiring requirements.
