Analytics Senior Associate

Role summary:
Make data more useful for decisions by turning complex information into clear analysis,reporting, and insights that support business priorities. In this hybrid role based in Chennai, India, you will work across data sources and reporting tools to help teams understand trends, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires 4 to 8 years of experience and NA% annual travel. This person will report to the Analytics Senior Manager.

Team summary:
The Analytics team supports business decision-making by delivering trusted reporting, meaningful analysis, and data visualizations that help teams act with confidence. The team works with stakeholders across functions to translate data into practical insights, improve visibility into performance, and support operational effectiveness. This role contributes to the team’s work by combining CRM knowledge, SQL, Python,



and visualization skills to create accurate and timely analytical outputs.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from Salesforce or other CRM systems to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Build and maintain queries and datasets using Snowflake SQL to support reporting and analysis needs.
- Develop analysis workflows and data transformations using Python to improve efficiency and repeatability.
- Create dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or R Studio to communicate findings clearly.Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define analytical requirements, and translate business questions into data outputs.
