Overview of the Senior Development Operations Engineer:
The Senior Development Operations Engineer is responsible for design and operational enablement, production change execution, and platform reliability across BetaNXT’s cloud environments. This role operates at the intersection of Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Operations, compliance, and change governance, ensuring that critical platform services remain available,



auditable, and aligned to business priorities.

The role plays a hands‑on part in emergency change execution, monitoring platform migrations, production incident response, and audit evidence support, while representing DevOps and platform operations in governance forums.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Development Operations Engineer:
- Execute and govern production changes, including initiating and communicating emergency changes, escalating to iCAB when critical services are impacted, and clearly articulating business and platform impact to support approvals
- Serve as a standing DevOps/Platform Operations representative in iCAB review meetings and contribute to change governance discussions
- Support cloud monitoring, observability, and platform migration initiatives, partnering with Cloud Operations and engineering teams to transition tooling safely and reduce production risk
