Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing menu items.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Clean and set up dining areas, refill condiments, and ensure tables are properly set.
- Process payments using the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and workstations.
- Assist in stocking and organizing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service and create a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
