About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesTender & Procurement Support
- Assist in preparation and submission of tenders.
- Work on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal activities.
- Upload and update product/service catalogs on GeM and other procurement platforms.
- Maintain tender documentation, compliance records, and bid submissions.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, and bid status.

Administrative & Office Operations
- Handle routine office documentation and filing.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Maintain records and databases accurately.

Accounts Support
- Basic data entry and accounting assistance using Tally.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
- Maintain financial and administrative records.

HR & Recruitment Support
- Support onboarding and HR documentation activities.

Design & Digital Support
- Create basic presentations,



posters, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Assist in updating company profiles, brochures, and digital content.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of GeM Portal and tender processes preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Final-Year Student (Commerce, Management, Administration, IT, or related fields).
- Freshers may apply.
- Prior internship experience in tenders, procurement, administration, or HR will be an advantage.
- Must be based in or residing in South Mumbai.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Stipend

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
