WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a transformative technology leader with a keen eye for business and experience in bringing activity, sport and innovation technical capabilities to life. You lead cross-functional teams of engineers, technical product & program managers. You influence the strategy end-to-end across the technology stack, teams, functions and partners. You collaborate with shared enterprise data and architecture teams.



You partner closely with Product peers and Business leaders to craft the digital future of sport.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Senior Director of Engineering, you will lead, build and help define positive relationships with product and business partners to influence product roadmaps while driving a step change in how we develop and deliver with AI native approaches. This role requires strengths in engineering leadership, product innovation mindset, relationship development/management, and multi-functional team building. You will co-create the strategy and lead the build and deployment for apps and systems which power marketing insights and decisioning, the content ”planning and supply chain”, external advertising ecosystem management and direct consumer engagement through our activity ecosystem and comms platforms.
