We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who is confident, proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with different people every day.
What you’ll be working on:
- Connecting with clients, leads and enquiries
- Managing calls, WhatsApp, email and follow-ups
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the internal team
- Keeping CRM records and communication organised
- Following up on opportunities and helping move conversations forward
- Learning how client servicing and relationship management work in a fast-paced creative industry
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Solid communication & interpersonal skills
- Confidence while speaking with new people
- Good written communication
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills
- The ability to take feedback and adapt quickly
