Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive - SWJ Swaraj Tours & Travels

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 - ₹10,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

OR

Performance-Based Option: ₹5,000 Fixed Salary + 2% Commission on Every Confirmed Booking

Our tour bookings can range from small packages to large amount bookings. In some cases, a booking value may reach ₹5,00,000 (5 Lakh) or more.

Example:
- Booking Amount: ₹5,00,000
- 2% Commission: ₹10,000
- Fixed Salary: ₹5,000
- Total Earnings: ₹15,000 (for that month, excluding any additional bookings)

The more bookings you convert, the higher your income potential.

Requirements:
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge




- Ability to handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or travel industry is preferred but not mandatory
