Position: Performance Marketing

Location:On-site - Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
- Conduct keyword research, run A/B tests, and iterate on ad creatives
- Monitor performance metrics: CTR, conversion rates, CPA
- Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies in alignment with business goals
- Generate, analyse, and present campaign performance reports

Requirement
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google & Meta Ads
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field




- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools and strong analytical skills

Note: Immediate Joiner would be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,855.60 - ₹33,794.17 per month
