Soul Swara is an online violin learning platform based in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. We teach students across the world through structured live courses. We currently work with 85 students and are building systems to support the next stage of growth.

We're hiring a Student Operations Executive to own the backend of our student operations. You'll be the person who makes sure payments are tracked, schedules run on time, data stays clean, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is NOT a teaching, counseling, or sales role. This is for someone who loves organised systems, clean data, and following up until things are done. You will need to follow up with students and parents for fees and pending items, but you are not expected to sell courses.

What you'll own:
- Student fee tracking — payment reminders, due dates, renewals, reconciliation with Razorpay
- Class schedule coordination — updates, reschedules, batch changes, teacher-student mapping
- Student database management in Airtable — keeping records accurate and up to date
- Coordination between faculty, ops lead,



and management on daily operational items
- Documentation — maintaining trackers, updating reports, flagging overdue items before they become problems
- Follow-up discipline — chasing pending payments, incomplete onboarding steps, and missing documents without being told
- You'll work across 85+ students today, so comfort with high-volume, repeatable processes is key

You're a great fit if:
- You're naturally detail-oriented — messy spreadsheets bother you
- You're comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel, or any database/tracker tool
- You can manage 50+ follow-up items without dropping any
- You've used AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) in your actual work — not just tried them once
- You take ownership of tasks and flag problems early rather than waiting to be asked
- You're comfortable communicating in English (written) and Tamil
- You're not shy about sending polite but firm reminders until
