Investment Banking Internship - 2 positions only (Mumbai)
As an Investment Banking Intern at Wodehouse Capital Advisors, you will have the exciting chance to develop your skills in financial modeling, valuation, research and analytics, presentation skills, data analysis and investment banking.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in the preparation of financial models and valuation analysis for potential investment opportunities.
2. Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in various industries.
3. Creating engaging and insightful presentations to communicate investment recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
4. Utilizing data analysis techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data for decision-making purposes.
5. Supporting senior team members in executing investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and financial restructurings.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive investment strategies and financial solutions for clients.
