Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role is a full time, hybrid position based in New Delhi,



with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the intern will assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and social impact narratives. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring engagement and analytics, responding to audience interactions, and supporting campaign execution and community-building initiatives. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas, repurpose content for different channels, and research trends and best practices in social impact and digital marketing. The role may also involve supporting events, partnerships, and cause campaigns by preparing social media assets and basic reports on performance.
Qualifications
Ability to create and curate engaging social media content, including short-form copy, basic visuals, and captions tailored to different platforms.
