Business Development GRO
- Focus:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities:Prospecting for new clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:Both roles involve building and maintaining relationships with clients or guests. A Guest Relations Officer might establish a rapport with VIP guests, which could lead to future business opportunities. Similarly, a Business Development Executive might leverage existing relationships to generate recent leads.
- First Impressions:A Guest Relations Officer's positive interactions with guests can create a favorable impression of the company, potentially influencing future business decisions.



Conversely, a Business Development Executive's interactions with potential clients can set the tone for future interactions with the Guest Relations team.
- Referral Networks:A satisfied guest, especially a VIP guest, can be a valuable referral source for new business. The Guest Relations Officer plays a key role in ensuring that these guests have a positive experience and are more likely to recommend the company to others.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
