Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with walk-in and telephonic inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Provide honest, career-focused counselling to students and parents.
- Explain course details clearly and passionately (Graphics, Animation, VFX, Gaming, etc.).
- Maintain a database of inquiries and follow-ups via CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with faculty and management for student onboarding.
- Represent the institute during seminars, events, and school/college visits.
- Keep record of student monthly collection and keep them in time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or sales (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi/ and Punjabi.
- Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.
- Confident, friendly, and student-focused personality.
Bonus if you:
- Have prior experience in educational counselling.
- Are tech-savvy and can handle company's portal as well as basic marketing tools or social media.
