Liaison Officer

The Liasoning Officer will be responsible for managing all statutory approvals, government liaison work, and compliance activities related to real estate projects. The role requires strong relationships with government authorities, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure timely approvals for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with government bodies such as CMDA/DTCP/TNHB/Revenue Department/Corporation/PCB/Fire Department/Water & Sewage Board, etc.
- Handle end-to-end approval processes for layout approvals, building permits, completion certificates, NOCs, and other mandatory clearances.
- Prepare, submit, and track required documents for various approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to legal, environmental, and statutory norms.
- Handle land-related documentation, patta transfers, EC, chitta/adangal, and revenue records.
- Monitor changes in government regulations or policies related to real estate and update management accordingly.
- Liaise with legal teams for documentation, agreements,



and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Projects, Legal, Sales, Engineering) for required documents and support.
- Maintain reports, MIS, and periodic updates on approval status for management review.
- Represent the organization during government inspections, site visits, and verification processes.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Law / Civil background preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in liaison work, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Robust network with government officials and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of approval procedures, land laws, and real estate regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple approval processes simultaneously.
- Strong ethical conduct and confidentiality handling.
