Job Summary -

MRK Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions efficiently.
- Handle Accounts, invoicing, and documentation.
- Maintain and manage Petty Cash, including tracking, reconciliation, and forecasting.
- Ensure GST compliance, including preparation and filing support, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Prepare and issue Debit Notes and Credit Notes as required.
- Perform Ledger Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth financial operations.




- Maintain accurate financial records and support audits when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of GST concepts and compliance.
- Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic accounting principles.
- Experience with ledger reconciliation and financial documentation.
- Familiarity with SAP accounting software (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
