Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)

Location: Chennai / Coimbatore / Pune / Bangalore
Experience: 4-6 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases across production and non-production environments.
- Design, implement, and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies using RMAN.
- Monitor and optimize database performance through SQL tuning and parameter optimization.
- Manage database security by controlling roles, privileges, and access policies.
- Plan and execute patching, upgrades, and migrations with mínimal downtime.
- Support and optimize Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and high-availability environments.
- Work with cloud teams to support deployments on OCI, AWS, and Azure.

What You Bring
- 4-6 years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience in production environments.
- Solid expertise in database administration,



architecture, and performance tuning.
- Solid experience with RMAN, Data Guard, and disaster recovery planning.
- Working knowledge of Oracle RAC and high-availability configurations.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
- Nice to have:Oracle certifications and exposure to cloud platforms (OCI/AWS/Azure).
- Domain exposure to Healthcare preferred; BFSI/Retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
