Generate current customer leads through Direct Marketing and Other related activities.

Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned

Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business

Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for Direct Unsecured-Self Employed business.

Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the firm

Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement

Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service

Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made

Qualification - Open

Preferred Graduate - as they will have higher chance to move to on-roll basis performance

Experienced - Direct sales experienced is must

Salary bracket / ranges
- INR 18,000 - less than 6 months exp in direct sales

INR 20,000 - less than 1 year in direct sales exp

INR 22,000 - more than 1 year in direct sales exp

Minimum Experience Level
- 0 - 4 years
