Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in color schemes, fonts, and overall aesthetic.
- Image Editing: Edit and enhance photos, graphics, and templates in Canva to meet design standards and improve visual appeal.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements, helping translate them into visually engaging content.
- Template Development: Develop and maintain a library of reusable templates in Canva to streamline the design process.
- Feedback Incorporation: Modify designs based on team feedback, ensuring the final designs meet expectations and objectives.
- Time Management: Handle multiple design projects with efficiency and attention to deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience: Minimum of 1 year as a graphic designer with strong expertise in Canva (portfolio showcasing Canva projects is a must).
- Design Tools: Expert in Canva and proficiency with other design software (e.g.,



Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively and adapt designs based on evolving project needs.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,760.42 - ₹35,600.46 per month
